Luke Stern (he/his) joined the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at the University of Victoria following a decade of project and design leadership at an internationally acclaimed Canadian architecture firm.
He is working with Dr. Katya Rhodes on the design of effective and politically acceptable policies that meet Canada’s emission targets. His research combines the use of energy-economy, contingent valuation, and other stated preference modelling to aid governments in sustaining climate action while minimizing the spread of climate misinformation and polarization.
