Submit forms for Accounts Payable, Research Accounting, Banking
Canada Post Update – June 5th 2025
While the Canada Post situation is still unresolved, given the postal service is still active we will be putting in the post today all cheques we currently have on hand that have not been requested for pick up. If you have requested a cheque for pick up using the cheque pick up request form or using special handling instructions on the request, we will honor this and inform you when it is ready to collect.
As there is still uncertainty around postal industrial action, if you are concerned about ensuring your cheque reaches its destination in a timely way; you still have the option to provide special handling instructions in your request to instead pick it up and have it couriered.
We will post all cheques produced on payment runs going forward as normal. We may revert to holding cheques again and providing access to the cheque pick up request form if the situation deteriorates; this page will be updated if these steps need to be taken.
Financial Services is using a ticketing system to help track enquiries and form submissions. Use the links to the forms below to submit your enquiries and any forms to the Accounts Payable, Research Accounting, and Banking teams.
