Talent Match Program funding extended

June 01, 2022

In 2021, UVic Co-op and Career and Camosun College’s Co-operative Education and Career Services led a steering committee to create , a partnership between BC post-secondary institutions (PSIs) and three associations representing arts and culture, as well as tourism and hospitality. The project was made possible through funding through BC's Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training.

The four-way partnership includes the Association for Co-operative Education and Work-Integrated Learning BC/Yukon (ACE-WIL BC) on the post-secondary side and g2HR, BC Arts Council, and BC Museums Association on the industry side.

The program developed a set of resources to help these sectors successfully recruit from PSIs. This program was so successful that has been extended into 2022 with a second round of funding.
