Hi-Tech Co-op & Career Fair
The next Hi-Tech Fair is scheduled for February 3 and 4, 2026.
Registration will begin at the end of October 2025.
Hire the best and brightest engineering and computer science students at this annual event, happening every February.
You’ll meet co-op students looking for their next work term, as well as senior students approaching graduation.
Student expertise
You can recruit from students who are studying:
- biomedical engineering
- civil engineering
- computer science
- data science
- electrical and computer engineering
- mechanical engineering
- software engineering
- telecommunications and information security
Registration
Registration will open at the end of October 2025.UVic Co-op and Career reserves the right to decline registration requests from organizations that our office deems unsuitable for our students.
Exhibitor package
Our one-day exhibitor package is $900 + tax and includes:
- 8-foot by 6-foot draped trade show booth, with a 6-foot table and 2 chairs
- electrical outlet and wireless internet access
- continental breakfast, lunch and coffee and tea
- parking passes
- online promotion of your organization on the event website and a link to your organization’s website
- assistance setting up and dismantling your booth
Sponsorship packages
Event sponsors receive extra promotion and more opportunities to connect with students.
There are 3 levels of sponsorship.
Platinum sponsorship: $2500 plus tax
- includes one-day exhibitor package ($850 value)
- host an information session during the week of the fair
- reserved availability to conduct on-campus interviews during or after the fair
- choose your prime booth location
- your company logo featured on the event promotional materials
- platinum sponsorship identification at your booth
Gold sponsorship: $2000 plus tax
- includes one-day exhibitor package ($850 value)
- choose your prime booth location
- your company logo featured on the event promotional materials
- gold sponsorship identification at your booth
Silver sponsorship: $1500 plus tax
- includes one-day exhibitor package ($850 value)
- your company logo featured on the event promotional materials
- silver sponsorship identification at your booth
Shipping your material
Some exhibitors prefer to ship their company material to campus before the event so that it’s here when the recruiter arrives.
Your material must arrive no sooner than January 30. If you’d like to have your material returned after the fair, label all items and include a completed waybill so our staff can arrange for courier pick-up on Thursday.

Cancellation policy
Exhibitors must provide notice of cancellation by email.
- receive a 100% refund (minus a $50 administration fee) up to and including January 6
- receive a 50% refund (minus a $50 administration fee) if you cancel between January 7 and January 15
- no refund if you cancel on or after January 16
- refunds will not be granted for last-minute cancellations due to weather
