The Scarborough Charter Steering Committee aims to create, collaborate, or provide information on events and initiatives that celebrate Black inclusion, joy, and achievements. Below is a list of events that have been shared with us.

Upcoming UVic events
The Scarborough Charter Steering Committee is pleased to host the second-annual back-to-school event to welcome Black students, staff, and faculty back to campus. We will have music, games, raffle prizes, and food catered from local Caribbean restaurants. There will be a resource table to connect attendees to Black-owned businesses and organizations on campus and in Greater Victoria Area. Come ready to meet some new people and to reconnect with old friends and acquaintances!
