Program fees
June 16 – July 23, 2025
Full program fee (3 modules): $9,500 plus tax (CAD)
Per module pricing:
- module 1: $3,200 plus tax (CAD)
- module 2 or 3: $3,600 plus tax (CAD)
- any 2 modules*: $6,500 plus tax (CAD)
*students enrolling in only Modules 1 and 3 must arrange accommodation for the full program duration
Registration deadline: May 26, 2025
Deposit & payment details
A $600 deposit plus tax (CAD) is required upon enrollment in the full program or any individual module. This deposit will be applied toward the total program fee.

Payment options
You may send payment by:
- International money order: Money orders should be in Canadian funds and made out to the University of Victoria, Gustavson School of Business.
- Bank wire: If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact summerprog@uvic.ca for information.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Please register online.
Scholarships
A limited number of partial scholarships are available for the SGBS program. To apply, please fill out the scholarship application form by the May 19, 2025 deadline.
