Jessica joined the University of Victoria in February 2024. With over 15 years experience in international education, Jessica previously served as Assistant Director of Global Admissions with Schwarzman Scholars, a Master's of Global Affairs scholarship program at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Jessica additionally worked at the Institute of International Education in Bangkok, Thailand overseeing outreach and marketing in Asia-Pacific, the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, USA advising engineering students on global projects and study abroad, and Payap University in Chiang Mai, Thailand managing international student life programs. Jessica began her global education career on the JET Programme as an Assistant Language Teacher in Niigata, Japan. She holds a B.A. Hons in Drama in Education from the University of Windsor in Ontario and an M.A. in International Education and Intercultural Management from the SIT Graduate Institute in Vermont, USA.
