Transcript Information
Host university transcript release varies by school and region. As a result, students should plan their exchange and return to UVic accordingly.
At Swansea University, transcripts are issued twice a year. Transcripts will be available for Semester 1 and Term 1 students in March; however, these results are provisional and will only be confirmed at the end of the academic year. Final and confirmed transcripts will be available for Full Year and Semester 2 students in early July. Exchange students are responsible for requesting their host university send their final official exchange transcript directly to the ICS exchange team at goglobal@uvic.ca, as soon as it is available.
