Transcript Information

Host university transcript release varies by school and region. As a result, students should plan their exchange and return to UVic accordingly.

At the University of Manchester, grade results for all semesters are released in July/August but an interim transcript will be available for Semester 1 (Fall Term at UVic) in March/April. Please note that interim transcripts are temporary and therefore do not provide final grades; however, they do provide provisional marks and credit values. It is not possible for official transcripts to be issued earlier than July/August. If you are in your final year of study at UVic, please consider whether the timeframe for receiving an official transcript affects you graduating. For more information about assessment results please visit the official information page on the .

Exchange students are responsible for requesting their host university send their final official exchange transcript directly to the ICS exchange team at goglobal@uvic.ca, as soon as it is available.
