Transcript Information
Host university transcript release varies by school and region. As a result, students should plan their exchange and return to UVic accordingly.
At the University of Strathclyde, transcripts are released for Semester 1 (Fall Term at UVic) by the end of February, and for Semester 2 (Spring Term at UVic) as well as full year students by the end of July. For more information about assessment results please consult the .
Exchange students are responsible for requesting their host university send their final official exchange transcript directly to the ICS exchange team at goglobal@uvic.ca, as soon as it is available.
Housing
- On-campus housing: Available. The university guarantees all international and exchange students a place in the students' halls of residence. Student accommodation (except Jordan Hill which has catering provided) is self-catered. Students live in single rooms arranged in flats of four and six rooms. All flats share cooking facilities. Some rooms have private bathroom facilities and others have communal facilities. For details, see the university's website.
