Appointment Committee for the Dean of Engineering and Computer Science
This is the second call for nominations for four (4) regular faculty members to join the appointment committee for the Dean of Engineering and Computer Science.
Nomination forms must be received at usec@uvic.ca by 4:30pm on Friday, September 12, 2025. If more than one nomination form is received per seat, an election will take place from September 16th to 22nd, 2025.

Appointment Committee for the President
This is the second call for nominations for four (4) regular faculty members from the faculties that did not secure a representative in the first call, to join the appointment committee for the President. We are seeking representatives from the facutlies of:
- Business
- Education
- Engineering & Computer Science
- Fine Arts
Nomination forms must be received at usec@uvic.ca by 4:30pm on Thursday, September 18, 2025. If more than one nomination form is received per seat, an election will take place from September 22nd to the 26th to 18th, 2025.

This is the first call for nominations for eight (8) regular faculty members from the Faculty of Social Sciences to join the appointment committee for the Dean of Social Sciences. Nomination forms must be received at usec@uvic.ca by 4:30pm on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. If more than one nomination is reveiced in any department, an election will take place from September 18th to 22nd, 2025

Elections and Bios
An election is now underway to select the Faculty of Humanities representative for the appointment committee for President. All regular faculty members in the Faculty of Humanities are elgible to vote.
You will need your Netlink ID and password to login to Simply Voting via the blue Online Voting button on the type right of your screen.
Voting is opn now until 4:00 pm on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
