Charles Kint Bursary

Charles (Charlie) Kint was a mature student who started his post secondary studies at the University of Victoria in 2002. He was a frequent visitor to the Student Award and Financial Aid office during his time here.

He lived a colourful life and was frequently seen in the downtown area performing puppet shows for summer tourists. He lived on his boat in the West Bay Marina and dreamed of publishing his autobiography one day. He never realized his dream and passed away in the fall of 2007.
