IEEE Pacific Rim Vijay Bhargava Scholarship

This award has been established to honour the legacy of the IEEE Pacific Rim Conference on Communications, Computers and Signal Processing and its founding Chair, Professor Vijay K. Bhargava.

The IEEE Victoria Section, in conjunction with IEEE Canada, wishes to endow funds generated by the IEEE Pacific Rim Conference to establish these awards.
