Langford-Seaborne Award for Indigenous Students in Humanities

The Awards are being established by Dr. John Langford and Dr. Katharine Seaborne both of whom were employees of UVic for over 30 years.

During that time they became aware of the many challenges facing indigenous students pursuing their first post-secondary degree.

These awards are designed to reduce the financial burden facing recipients and enhance their opportunity to excel as undergraduate students.
