Max Walker Scholarship in Geography

Max Walker graduated from UVic in 1978 from the Faculty of Social Sciences (geography). He spent most of his life working for the provincial Ministry of Transportation and Highways.

This scholarship has been established in Max's name by his wife, Vickie and their two daughters, Latacia and Brittany. Latacia and Brittany are also UVic graduates—Latacia graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science (linguistics) and Brittany graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Alis (history in Art).
