Oak Bay and Saanich Centennial Scholarship
In the fall of 2006, the municipalities of Oak Bay and Saanich hosted a Centennial Lecture series at the University of Victoria.
The series featured three world-class speakers: Roy Romanow, Wade Davis and Stephen Lewis.
The proceeds from the lecture series have been used to create a new endowment fund in the University of Victoria Foundation.
