RPIA ACE Finance Award for BIPOC Students

RPIA is a global fixed income asset manager based in Toronto, serving a variety of investors ranging from institutions to individuals and families.

RPIA established the RPIA ACE Finance Award for BIPOC Students to make a strong impact on students as they launch into their career in finance. RPIA wants to support students who self-identify as a Black and/or Indigenous person of colour, pursuing a career in finance.

The firm strongly believes that addressing the diversity, equity, and inclusion gaps within the finance industry is essential. RPIA hopes this award will help bridge existing gaps in the industry and enable underrepresented groups to have access to financial support as well as valuable insights and advice for their career growth.
