Terry and Leslie Farmer Scholarships
Terry and Leslie Farmer have a very long standing interest in community health and various charities. Leslie trained at the Royal Jubilee Hospital and had an early degree in nursing administration from the University of Western Ontario.
She then became head nurse on pediatrics at the Jubilee and later became chair of the Queen Alexandra Hospital for Children.
Terry and Leslie continue to contribute their time and money to charities and Terry is currently on the board of Pacifica Housing and Victoria Hospice. Their endowed gift shows their commitment to the community and to BC healthcare.
