Vera Flett Keddy Buchanan Memorial Scholarship
Al Keddy is a graduate of the University of Victoria earning a B.Eng degree in 1988 and a MASc in 1994. He wishes to establish scholarships in memory of his mother, Vera Flett Keddy Buchanan.
Mrs. Buchanan, who was a student at the Normal School in 1949, taught in Saskatchewan and throughout British Columbia, many of those years at Cloverdale Elementary in Victoria.
