Mathematics and Statistics

High-level math and statistics are used in every field of science and social science. In our graduate programs, you’ll learn critical skills for your future career. You’ll learn how to analyze data and find relationships and patterns. You’ll be a part of a department with world-ranked research impact. Among our areas of research are applied math, discrete math, pure math and statistics.

You’ll research under our faculty, which contains two Canadian Research Council Chairs and other award winning researchers.
