Supporting vulnerable Indigenous people

Social Work alumnus Karen Saini is the executive director of the Oasis Society for Spiritual Health, an urban Indigenous organization supporting vulnerable Indigenous people experiencing homelessness and mental health and substance-use challenges.

A holistic approach to health

Recreation and health education student India Edwards is passionate about holistic health care. She was looking for a co-op position where she could make a difference, and found the right fit in a multi-disciplinary healthcare clinic.
