New Student Campus Tours
August 29 to September 2, 2025
Get ready for your first term at UVic with a Student Life Campus Tour! All new students starting in September are encouraged to join a tour. You’ll be given your tour by current UVic students who will introduce you to the amazing campus services and resources available to you as a UVic student. You'll also learn about some of the favourite campus hangouts, athletic facilities, dining services, community events, and more.
New Student campus tours are open to all new undergraduate and graduate students.
If you missed the Student Life Campus Tours, UVic offers daily campus tours Monday through Saturday, year round.
Event accessibility
UVic Orientation is committed to making our events as accessible and barrier-free as possible. If you have any accessibility needs in order to participate in our events, please provide details when you register and/or contact us at orientation@uvic.ca.
Please note the following accessibility considerations for New Student Campus Tours:
- Please avoid the use of scented products during tours and welcome events.
- Tours are 90 minutes and are done on foot, with breaks available and are wheelchair accessible.
- Tour guides speak with microphones.
- All buildings used in orientation programming are wheelchair accessible.
- Tours can be busy, and the surrounding environment may be loud and/or crowded.
