• Please provide insurance details if not a current UVic staff, faculty, or student
• Student requests for drone usage, parking lots and road closures are processed with this form, all other student requests go through the Office of Student Life
• UVic Student events will require approval from department heads
• Contact the VPFO Office if you have questions about this form
